The zed poem

There are so many zeds in his life it’s zany.
He is using a zoom lens
when he happens to zoom in on a woman
who is zestfully unzipping her zipper from its zenith.
He reminds himself
that he is a respectable zoologist
who zealously studies zoology at the zoo.
He’s just zeroed in on a zebra
whose blood is low on zinc.
He is also a Zen Buddhist Zulu from Zimbabwe
and he drives a zucchini-coloured Zamboni at the rink.
